Poor old Patricia didnt watch where she was going trying to get the hell out of crazytown, and boarded a train to the Dreamlands. Unfortunately, the next turn there was a monster surge, meaning there still ain't no gates from the Dreamlands leaing to Arkham. Her friend Hank, who ran ahead, has already been lost in time and space (i dont think he could read the departure signs or something, he was just there to pick up his pa).

The question now is, if Patricia decides to try and use that nifty spell she has, and Find a Gate back home, what happens?

Any "return to Arkham" with no open gate to that OW (and no Gate Box with the investigator) -> LiTaS. I had the Train Station encounter myself not too long ago. Jim Culver drew it, went to the City of the Great Race, he even had FG. I figure oh well, he'll be back soon enough. Sadly, no gates opened until Jim was set to return to Arkham, having taken the normal amount of time there -> LiTaS.

I expected as much. Oh well, here's to hoping the gate will open next turn
