A question occurs when I open my wave 1 figures : "now we have both cards for troopers (and saboter), regular and elite... So, can Rebels, if they earn using troopers (for example), using basic OR elite version of this trooper, or just the basic version?"
about trooper and saboter allies...
Basic must be obtained first. If Rebels win an additional one, they obtain the elite and may choose between the two for missions.
Heres the rule in RRG:
If an ally has both a regular and elite Deployment card, only
the regular card can be used as an ally. If an ally is rewarded to
the heroes and the heroes have already earned that ally, they
can use either the elite or regular Deployment card.
