I can't quite remember the interaction between ?? character stats and 'The Bigger They Are...'

I'm not sure but was the ruling that when a card references stats, if a character has ?? it will be the "worst possible outcome" for that player? Or will it be referenced as a value of zero. Will TBTA draw you two cards or always draw you one because your ?? character fails.

Its worst possible outcome. So you would only draw one card, even against another ?? character.
