Probably in next few days we will get about that Ending cards, then Frostmarch Rules + announcement about it releasing, or either one first Rules, then releasing. So, or 2 new announcements or 3. I rather doubt, if they will combine Ending cards with Rules, but who know..

Everything, we already know from it. Only Ice Queen art is worth to look at it.

I think the Crown and Sceptre ending has more text than just the regular Crown stuff and we haven't seen that card in full yet.

Likely there won't be promo cards, since "promo"tional usually comes before or during actual release to kickstart sales or build consumer interest before a product is released. We could hope for something though, as a kind of post-release collectible.
