At this point I think I've stopped caring as I doubt I'll ever make it to Worlds ever, so yeah.

Yea, i am checking back periodically to read about the comings and goings-on at Worlds. I'm rooting for Archimedes, as he's representing the West Coast in what is predominantly an East Coast game.

And, yea, while i'm not sure if i will ever make it to Worlds to compete at UFS in the biggest arena - my career seems to be taking mini-leaps and bounds at this point in my life, so i have fewer opportunities to play at all, one can dream, can't they?

Well, I currently have two friends at Worlds, so I'm always checking in to see how things are going. So I guess I would say I'm interested.

I have three friends that are competing in the arena today. There's Dut who is 2-0 and playing Olexia right now. My friend Mark who won Calgarys regionals a few weeks ago, who is playing Felica and is 1-1 I'm not sure who he is playing right now. Then Antigoth I haven't got a clue how his doing at the moment.

I will be there next year if everything works out. Also bring 2 other players plus the ones that are there right now.

Now Dut is 2-0-1

It is when you realize what a garbage format the game's in.

Sure, i know how degenerate a format we're in...hence Horvath's play of Infiltrating on the very game itself.

As a person who ran Donovan, I think Arch put too many eggs into his bask...err...scales. I agree Guy is good, but I happen to think Donovan is better. He simply allows for much more flexibility and aggro than guy, IMO.

Today I both played and witnessed decks running 4-8 attacks, and they WORK. Oh boy do they work. Arch and I ran...well, I know I ran like 14/15 someodd attacks, so I can only assume he ran somewhere close (excluding Multiple copies). Amy's reduces attacks to donuts. Prowess discourages playing attacks. Criminal Past makes blocking a synch, and Holding Ground nerf multiples (something I don't think it should be allowed to do).

Even Evil has a wall. Between its negation, Red Lotus to protect its negation, and Manifest to tap you out, even Evil can just wall it up, then strike FTK.
