When playing with the Dunwich Horror and King in Yellow expansions when Galaaki attacks does his causing the terror level to increase cause blight cards to come into play even though its the final battle?

Heralds are discarded once the Ancient One awakes.

Blight effects still remain though, affecting final combat if possible.
