It's a brand new, sealed copy never been opened. The only issue is that during shipping- it came all the way from England and they didn't protect it properly (didn't even put it in another box, the bastards!! Be assured I will not make the same mistake.)- so a good-sized part of the back/bottom got pused in. Other than that it's fine with the shrink-wrap still intact.

One other thing: I did out a steep Buy It Now price on it but then between the cost of the game, currency exchange and shipping costs it cost me quite a bit to buy in the first place. But then you don't have to use that option. Happy bidding!!
