i'm just reading the rules again, want to play the game tomorrow again after a long time

i found 2 different rules for the number of mercenary cards drawn at the beginning of the game.

on page 5, #9: mercenary cards = one more than the number of barons in the game.

on page 6, the example: draw a number of mercenary cards equal to the number of players.

so, what's the correct number now? i can't find anything about this in the FAQ.

It is in the FAQ:

"The setup diagram on page 9 should read “Draw a number of Mercenary cards equal to one more than the number of payers and place them faceup, as shown here.”"
