I felt like Cars got an undeserved bad rep. It was an alright film, albeit perhaps one that will only hit home for people from places that have been bypassed (in one way or another).
(I have not seen the sequel).
Whomever did that spoof is an incredible animator.
I love the Twi'lek X-wing. I would totally watch this.

Yeah, I agree. IMHO, it's really one of Pixar's best. But it's pure "Americana" - you either get the references and 'feels'...or you don't.
Cars and the airplanes spin of were fun entertaining films for kids with some adult humor in there as well.
This should be some fun too.
Now that made my day.
After watching that all I wanted to do was get some lego heads (like Vader's) and convert up some new X-wing ships. I think the lego heads may be a little on the large side though.
Yeah that was cute.
The problem is Disney want films that sell toys but fans want more films like the incredibles, when forced to do films for financial reasons the quality drops badly.
