So is the Raider the first small ship base or the second the article for wave two kind of mentions both... in other words what size is the gladiators ships base?

Small Base : Nebulon B, CR90, MC30, Gladiator, Raider

Medium Base : Assault Frigate Mk II, Victory SD

Large Base : Imperial SD, MC80 Home One

Unless FFG's preview image is full of lies, the Gladiator is on a small base. Note the differences in space around the shield dials. Also note that it appears in this composition they have slightly increased the size of the Gladiator image as seen by the slightly larger (I think?) shield dials.

That line about the Raider threw me off as well, as the rules reference does list Gladiator as a small.

But they also do have a pretty significant typo for the large base size in there too. :)

I was also going on the theory that "blister pack" ships would be small and "boxed" ships would be medium and large.
