I know this is kinda a stupid question but I had to ask in case I did something wrong but here we go.

Can you use a reversal on a multiple or does the multiple resolves ? and you could only use a reversal on the initial attack ?

You may play the reversal keyword off any attack you block, as long as there isn't some extra condition preventing it (e.g. *Sagat*'s response ending the combat phase).

If you block a multiple attack and reverse, your reversal will resolve first, then the multiple copies.

You may then also block a multiple copy, and reverse it as well.

Oh so Sagat1 DOES stop Reversals now! Awesome.

Is this the same for The Ways of Punishment or Valuable Experience? Because I might use the latter more often for that reason.

cool now question is answered here's the million dollar question: if I reverse off of my opponent's multiple with feline spike and use the multiple enhance on spike who's multiple resolves first mine or my opponents ?

Son Gopaul: If your combat phase ends, no reversal may be played. That also includes Maternal Instinct.

Deathcritis1: The reversal's copies will resolve first.
