With punishing one being introduced in armada along side the other EU ships we already have in our hands can we predict a wave 7 addition?!? If this is true the scum will be the best faction to play! The ESB bounty hunters all have named ships and I predict some really interesting abilities that can be explored with these guys! The scum is shaping up to be a real hoot!

To be serious though, I'd love to see all the bounty hunters introduced to the game with their ships and everything. Whether that will come in wave 7 or wave 9, I don't care. Each wave should have something it brings to change things up and so far that's what each wave has done.

He was a racer who crashed and the Imperials built him back up to be a bounty hunter. He has to work for them to pay off his bills. I guess I don't get him much. I've never seen him be very competent. Am I missing something? Who cares about Dengar and his ship at all? Why was he even on the bridge with the other bounty hunters?

I wondered the same. Just didn't bother to look up his backstory...though now that I've heard it, I'm not impressed.
I've read through the IG-88s story, though, and that one's pretty darn sweet. Curious as to what the deal is with other bounty hunters.

Dengar and his ship look boss. His story is a little weak but if you read tales of the bounty hunters he throws a dude off a cliff and shoots him while a grenade goes off in his mouth in the first couple pages. If that isn't BA I don't know what is.

I'll have to check out that story. It's not an audio book, so I haven't read it yet. More time for audio books.

OK...while the character was rather wimpy in the one book series I read, he was supposedly a professional racer before his accident. So, you have to think he's a good pilot. Maybe he's a better pilot than a killer?

As for Dengar, I wouldn't be averse to seeing the Punishing One. Might be interesting to have a large base ship with both the turret upgrade and salvaged astromech upgrade slots. Kind of like a big, horseshoe-shaped Y-Wing.

Also opens up the possibility of new turret upgrades as well... Mangler Turret, anyone? Flechette Turret?
