the armours at release are weak at best NOTHING like in ANY of the pictures. i was hoping for better from warhammer, i know once a game gets big enough non gamers get involved and its all down hill from there.

Not sure what you're talking about here ... the Flak armour, Carapace Armor, Body Glove, Mesh Armor, and Power Armor all are represented in the main book .... which make up the majority of what you see in the pictures ... the other stuff is piecemail. No you don't start the game with most of that, but like any rpg, you work your way up to it over time.

I don't think I completely understand either. Most all of the images can be duplicated with what's present in the DH and IH. Which images and armour are you speaking of specifically?

Edit: or are you talking about duplicating the Career Picture with the Careers starting equipment? If thats the case, I think they selected those images as more of a epitome of the career as opposed to a depiction of someone still wet behind the ears and not yet fully in the shoes of said career.

Hoping for better? Lemme guess, your form of better is Space Marines in every orifice.

Point out ANY page ref and i'm sure that the vast majority of members here will tell you exactly what the item is and probably give you a page ref where the gear can be found.

just a question, here we use dh, 40k warhamer 40k, 40000... but not warhamer which use with warhamer fantasy. he just say warhammer maybe it took of the wrong forum. just a guess.

Yeah the EricDezmondTroll seems to have been quiet lately.
