Does the "Domination" foundation that is the promo have an errata. It is written as if it were an Enhance, but it is a form and I have not found anything that says that it is errataed. Is it an Enhance or is it a Form with an even bigger errata?

Its printed as a form, and is an enhance.

It is played as an enhance and errata'd like it was "E: words"
