People from the Board, I bring intriguing news....

I just received a newsletter email from one FFG's Card Illustrator, Morano. You know,thomas jedruskasjejd. He does the cover of the core set and lots of really cool and realistic pieces. It's a personal favorite of mine. I'm sure I'm not the only one.

In the mail he talks about the cover for the kings f the sea expasion. However, he does mention this:

"This is a new cover for latest FFG's project called "Kings of the Sea " which is in fact add -on to previous (also ilustrated by me) core AGOT board game. I can just tell you that I just finished another addon for this game and it is even cooler in terms of cover beautyness . What is even more exciteing then that , FFG plans are to release about 3-4 another games set in "A Game of Throne" world by G.R.R. Martin."

Does he mean new add-ons? Legacy packs maybe? A whole new set made entirely of resin cards? Who killed Laura Plamer?

Are we talking about new LCG sets here? Or could it be a new boardgame?

Well, we do know what the AGOT Adventure Game is coming at some point, right?

I think the new product he's mentioning might be the Martell add-on 'Princes of the Sun'.

I'd be careful inferring specifics from the newsletter (weather board-game products or LCG products, for instance), Tomasz (like myself) isn't a native speaker of English, sometimes thinking in one language and writing in another can be a complicate businness (I know it is for me)..

It could just be chapter packs. The artists might not know much about the specifics of the business model.

Yes, but he might know something according to the kind of piece they ask him to do. In therms of composition he might now if the picture is going to be a box cover or simply card art. right?

Ok, I understand but you know, if it's your favorite artist (mine too), then you should give his name a little respect.

It was meant as a joke. I've had my name misspelled a lot of times too. There's little sense of humor here...

Lol don't worry Nine, i knew what you meant...I think some people just don't have the same humor as us...had I been in the same position, I would have prolly done the same thing, just made it even more exaggerated. lol.

And King of the Saltwives said only the truth, I don't think he meant it as an attack, it's just plain fact. Not everyone one has the same sense of humor. If we all had the same correct one, i´m pretty sure no one would watch those family guy's shows. Wich I think would be for the best.

Lol yeah, that's way off base Rogue...I realize that no one aside from my meta and anyone who attended the regional tournament here in KY a few years back know me personally, but I'm a fun loving guy, laid back, and really don't pick any fights, and I think I project myself online the same as I do in real life. As Nine said, I was just stating fact, not everyone laughs at the same thing, some people like slapstick, some people like dry humor, and others find humor in things that aren't really "supposed" to be funny. I'm sorry if you thought I was attacking you, I assure you I wasn't. I wasn't trying to rub salt in the wounds or anything like that, I just wanted Nine to know that his attempt at humor wasn't completely lost.
