The Gencon events do not list Kings of the Sea as legal:

I'm thining it was more they weren;t sure of when it would actually hit shelves (which it has done over here today) and thus were hedging their bets.

I'd be surprised if it wasn't. It meets the qualifications (2 weeks i think or is it one week).
