I made some great friends at the MWCC and at PoTM. However, I am done with this game. I was not too thrilled with bans, nor with the decrease of characters as well as other issues. I also hate all the whiners that are on these forums(yes all the negative postings preceeding the last two months bans put a very sour taste in my mouth). I will miss everyone that I have meant in the last couple years but this game just plain sucks.

Thank you kimano, this thread has actually left a bad taste in my mouth. If whining threads are what made you leave, why did you leave one behind you when you left?

Grr, this makes me pretty mad.

This is probably what happens when people BUY playsets of overpowered promos that then get banned. And that's exactly why Steve has said that the best cards from now on will come in the sets.

Sad that he doesn't see how much healthier the game is without the banned cards.

I don't know how well you know Kimano, but if you don't know Kimano, it IS possible that Kimano is one of the many people who bought several boxes of Realm of Midnight and isn't too pleased about Feline Speak being errated or Lord of the Makai being banned.

I'm not trying to say anyone's right or wrong...I just don't think it's fair to assume you know the reasoning behind someone's perspective, if you haven't obtained it some other way than speculation. I've never bought said "overpowered promos" but I'm still disappointed about the JSA's I pulled (from the booster boxes I bought) being banned. I'm choosing to stay, Kimano is not.

All that being said, I don't think the forums have changed since I first posted on them years ago. There will always be trolls and whiners, so I am sorry if that's what has caused you to decide to leave, Kimano. In any case, best of luck to you and perhaps things will get better as guitalex said and we'll see you in the future.

I've had a number of people who don't post on the forums approach me in public and ask me that same question.

Before people go and take pot shots at the guys... stop and listen to what he's saying. This was one of those genuinely nice players that I'm sad to see go.

(He's also one of the few players in the immedate area of the FFG home office.)
