When a crisis "or" option requires you to discard cards, can you still choose that option even though you have no cards? Just couldn't find anywhere in the rules that stated otherwise.

Yes you can do it even if you don't have enough cards.

The exceptions to this are Laura Roslin's drawback, the card you have to discard to go between ships, and the nuke you discard for the Build Cylon Detector Crisis.

This should probably be written on the board in a size 100 font. Everybody asks that question....

Maybe there should be a stickied thread with all the answers to the most frequent questions?
