Its not a bad list, but the a-wing is not doing much for you. Also, Biggs is going to die, no matter what you put on him. I would recommend running him naked and fly him in the back of your squad.
If you drop his upgrades, that gives you 8 points to turn your proto into another b-wing, and 3 points left over for something else---perhaps advanced sensors on a b-wing or R7-T1 on dutch...
Thanks man, I like the A-wing 1 cause I don't have another b-wing and 2 because I like the maneuverability on the action turn. But the naked Biggs is a good idea I could put crew on a b-wing if I ran him bare.

These have already been mentioned but the dangers here are too many point on Biggs and a lack luster A-Wing.
Biggs is best when he is cheaper than the rest of your ships or those ships pack more firepower than Biggs. Neither of these is true although Dutch could be close. Cutting those eight points would be a great move even if you left the rest of your ships alone. For what you have I think I'd rather run Luke + R2D2 + Draw Their Fire for the same points and to serve a similar purpose.
The A-Wing is just the little gnat that no one will really want to shoot because it can be so hard to hit yet it is also the one hurts the least.
Now to offer suggestions what expansions are you drawing your ships and upgrades from? Offering suggestions is easier when we know what you have to work with.
I've got rebel aces, millenium falcon, stater pack, and an e-wing and I'm picking up the y-wing this weekend.
I'm also getting a skip ray this weekend just for the upgrade cards though.

I'm not entirely sure which expansions you have access to but the BTL-A4 Y-Wing and Autothrusters you mentioned show that you've boughten into Scum. If you have either IG-2000 or M3-A Interceptor then you can build this as well. (For Mangler Cannon)

Where are the Autothrusters and BTL-4A titles coming from? One is from the Star Viper and the other Most Wanted although if you combine those with a Firespray and a Y-Wing you have a good start heading into Scum as well. When I asked what you have wanted expansions because those include upgrades you may want to use with your rebel ships. If you can proxy any card you want that is also good to know although it can hurt you if you go to a tournament and don't actually have those parts.
