It doesn´t block other characters movement, but does this mean the Drone itself can move through spaces occupied by enemies? (Only when using NOS of course, otherwise it only move one space).

NOS rule :
'Iny any case, Hound DOG may not make a stamina duel to pass through a character.'
It's probably like this : DOG is too small to block enemy movement, but not small enough to be unblockable
