I am so confused by this quest.

1. I had no defeated villagers from Encounter 1, so therefor no zombies are placed on startup. Does this mean though that I can include them still as reinforcements?

2. Reinforcements states Sir Alric Farrow can be used as a reinforcement AND 1 monster from a monster group. If this is the case how in the world can a player get victory condition 'or all master monsters (including Alric)'. Surely I can keep respawning master monsters and Sir Alric as part of the Reinforcement condition?

3. It seems quite unusual that not only Sir Alric Farrow is placed on start up that a lieutenant would also be used as a reinforcement, is this really correct?

Please confirm.

1. Yes- the number of slain villagers does not affect reinforcements, just setup.

2. No, Reinforcement says Alric OR a monster from an open group. That's how.

3. This is indeed correct- Alric's whole schtick is that he died and was brought back to life. LTs tend to "die" in Act 2, not Act 1.
