I am quite new to the game, but I have played games like this before. I was looking to build something to counter a YT, and came up with this whilst messing with Squadron Builder. I'd like your honest thoughts.

Would Isards ability kick in sooner if you traded the shield upgrade for a hull upgrade? I would swap WE for Rebel Captive.

Yes rebel captive I watched the match in the battle reports thread of a dec using it to great effect against dual aggressors. Would be great for ace (high PS) squads too
