They're not, the bye is apparently recorded and sent to FFG, so this is selling the receipt, not the goods. It's useless.

There was. It was even the same seller although that listing started at $60. Looks like there weren't any takers at that so not it's relisted with an opening bid that is $10 lower but a BIN price $10 higher.

If they were and I show up to a regional across the country how would they are know if I participated or not?
I don't think nor ever heard of a site that listed everyone who won name listed on it.

This card will get you a first round bye at a Regional Championship event for the Star Wars X-Wing Miniatures game. No winner was reported from the event and the card is clean to use.

Looked at that eBay listing.
Seller is in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Beckmon's Gaming Paradise in Twin Falls, Idaho is listed in the store championship listing in the FFG site.
Just throwing that info out there.
Just throwing out some more information. I'm pretty sure the cost to retailers for a store championship kit was $60.
