Have You a strange impression when you've unpacked your champion?
Seems have a very long neck, as his head is too high for the body... With a sort of empty place under the cape?
Or it's just mine...
Or it's a problem with my eyes?

Looks fine to me.
Do you have pictures of what you're talking about?
Looks fine to me. I really like this miniature. One of my favorite units.
A picture would be nice. Could be a poor job on assembly. I have a stormtrooper who's right arm is dislocated. Looks fine from the front and sides...but from the back it looks like his arm is about to fall off.
My Chewie was very poorly assembled but my RGC is fine. You might just have a badly assembled model.

can you see it?

can you see it?
Yeah, yours is poorly assembled. There shouldn't be a gap between the cloak and shoulders like that.
Can you see if you can pop it off and re-glue it?
Yes, this gap really existe
I've try to fix it, but can't or just be afraid to brake it?

The head and cloak are a separate piece, so you may be able to work it loose then re-glue it? Depends how confident/experienced you are when it comes to miniature modelling.
Failing that, contact FFG for a replacement.
I've tryed... but in the back, the cape seems be glued with the right shoulder...
Can you confirm (or negate) with our own?
PS : and thanks a lot for all this informations

Mine is pretty well glued. The cape does appear to be separate from the back though.
And mine seems to be only one block

Send that picture to FFG, and they will probably send you a replacement. Their customer service is top notch!
You shouldn't have to fix somethng that bad. They need better quality control and will only learn that if people start sending back models. My Chewie was repaired by me but it wasn't as bad as this. I would contact ffg with that pic and demand a replacement.

Here's a couple of close ups of my primed version:
But just contact them and send the photo(s) you've taken and they will most likely have a new one shipped to you soon:

Edited by JA_42So, I've write to the support, wait and see
I just opened mine last night and it is "funny looking" as well. There is a gap along his right shoulder where it meets his cape. I work literally a mile away from the FFG headquarters and will be swinging in to ask them about it today. I let you know how it goes.
Thanks a lot, may the Force be with you

I bet they would just swap it out right there for you at the FFGC.
Mine had a small gap at the right shoulder as well. I used a little modeling putty to fill it in before painting. Now it looks fine.
UPDATE:
I just finished interacting with the CS team @ FFG via email and I have to say.... BRAVO. They were helpful and will be sending me a new Champion in the mail with little hassle. I am very happy to continue buying from these guys. Nice job FFG!

I contacted them about my probe droids being detached from the base, and they mailed me new ones very quickly free of charge. So I would second your comments about it being almost no hassle and great CS.
