Where are the characteristics on the tusken raiders defined?

As far as I can see they are mission tokens.

-Are they hostile? If so where does it say so?

(for the sake of movement points and moving through a hostile figure)

-Are they figures?

(for line of sight rulings and cards regarding figures)

-Can a unit end it's movement on the same space as the Tusken raiders?

If it is defined as a mission token the RRG rules yes.

(this of course relies on the answer to my first 2 questions)

Also in this mission when it dictates to deploy a tusken raider to the "camp" is the initial deployment space marked B (the directly above the block terrain spot in the middle) the only place you are allowed to deploy a raider, like in campaign deployment where you deploy to the deployment points starting on the point, then moving out to the closest available spot?

They are not Hostile Figures just Mission Tokens so yes you can land in their space. They do not block line of sight. Also the "Raider Camp" is that whole tile.
