In the End of Mission text for Aftermath, it says, depending on how things turn out, to put either "A New Threat" into play, or "Under Siege" into play.
Does this mean the next mission will be one of these two, or does it mean to put the mission into the mission deck for later use?
You set it out as the active story mission. However, first you have to resolve a side mission as instructed in the campaign guide. When the mission guide tells you to do a story mission, you resolve the active one.

So, it was fun. We went through the tutorial for a couple turns, but then decided to go on into the campaign.
We played Aftermath. The Rebels ran out of time.
The first side mission drawn was Homecoming. Luke Skywalker was taken out in turn 5. Trandoshans and stormtroopers softened him up and then Vader finished him off.
