Anyone got any tips on WYSIWYG text editing for Mission control?

I'm trying to format the text for a mission - the previews all look fine, but when I publish it, half the text disappears off the bottom of the page or overlaps the footer text.

Is there any way to get more text formatting options? - or develop the special psychic powers you need in order to know when your preview isn't actually going to look anything like the preview when you publish it?

I've never tried printing out a mission control mission, but you could try printing to a pdf file first. That might be closer to the final result than the preview, and it would save you the ink while you figure it out with trial and error.
