I am 99% sure there is not anything like this. The closest you may find is the text in the rules/back of the race cards. Even the TI3 RPG, I've heard said that it's not considered official canon by Peterson.

Talking about the backside of race sheets, that is one of the reason I wish I could read official art stories... because the world is simply great. And talking about the RPG, yeah, first of all I am not interested in RPG's, and more than that, you're right, I can understand CTP doesn't consider it official because I read reviews on it, it was baaaaaaadly ranked !

We could always write our own, but they would not be offical.
