Well..firstly, i think this belongs in the QnA section, but..

Fio forms with her ability, plays an attack and Es with KOF2006. Fio adds a card from her hand to her momentum, and her opponent adds 2 cards from hand to momentum: 1 from the effect of the E, and the 2nd because off the effect of Fio's F ability.
