I was reading the FAQ today and something jumped out at (probably something I should have known)

Obviously the first player determines the order of the "when revealed" portions of the plots. Does that mean that a plot without the "when revealed" text is always on? Lets use the scenario of one player revealing Power of Blood and another player revealing Wildfire Assault. Is Power of Blood always on, and thus it doesn't matter if Wildfire resolves first?

I believe the answer is "yup." Once the passive plot is revealed, it is always on. Power of Blood seems to be the most useful way to go about abusing that, though.

Yes, Power of Blood's constant effect is ON even before the order of "when revealed" passive effects is chosen.

I think that this have changed sometimes during the CCG-->LCG transmutation I saw it once in the FAQ. And since then non-when reveal plot efects always take precedence.

Actually, the change came in July of 2008. The rules for constant plot effects being "on" from the moment they are revealed have been in effect for awhile, including the Gencon championships last year.
