Quick Question

By orchunter13, in UFS Rules Q & A

Uh, this may sound like a beginner's question (sorry!), but one quick question: When, as an additional cost for an ability, you are instructed to Commit or Destory a foundation (worded exactly like this: "Destroy a foundation:" or "Commit a foundation:"), does it have to be your own?

Or, can I destroy my opponent's foundation to use these abilities?

Thanks.

For the cost of a card unless it says something like "destroy your opponent's foundation" or "commit your opponent's foundation" is has to be yours. So if something says "E Commit a foundation:" if has to be one of yours.

But if an effect of the card says "destroy a foundation" or "commit a foundation", then you can target one of your opponents cards.

Ah, okay. Thank you!
