Terms of Entry
Pre-Registration with payment is required to reserve your spot in the tournament.
There is a cap of 64 players for each tournament.
The Entry Fee is $20.
After submitting your entry, we will call you to receive payment. Visa, Master Card, and Discover Cards are all accepted. You also have the option of paying in person at the store.
Once you have paid, a confirmation email with an information packet will be sent to you.
Players are not registered for the tournament until they have received a confirmation email from Critical Hit Games.
Players will have until 2 days prior to the tournament to cancel and will receive a full refund in store credit.
Critical Hit Games will open on the day of the tournament at 8AM EST.
The first round will start at 11AM EST.
Players will have until 10:45 AM EST to check in.
After 10:45 no-shows will forfeit their entry to include the entry fee.
Players who did not pre-register will be admitted to the tournament the morning of on a space available basis.
Lunch is included with your entry.
