Had a local spring tourney this last weekend, went 3-1 out of 21 people and took 2nd place with the most points destoyed & overall largest margin of victory, but gentleman in 1st was 4-0 and we couldnt go into a 5th round. My list was:

Match 1:
Wedge : w/ R2-D2 & outmaneuver
Luke: R5-P9 & outmaneuver
Wes, R2 astromech
We started opposite corners and I started at an angle and went straight across the board in 2 rounds and started firing, And This is where i messed up i saw the regen ability on Wedge & Luke but didn't put 2&2 together on how effecient(for him) this would be. The first shots i took at Wedge & knocked shields off and 1 hull damge, next round wedge flew away and my best shots from both ships were on Wes so the Aggressor & Kath(out her rear arc) fired and took out Wes. A couple rounds of back & forth shooting and some not so good flying for me I lost the Agressor. Kath was then on her own and had 2 Xwings with hull damage but shields back, she would shot at one and the other would regen. and a few rounds later Kath was gone. My opponent did a good job flying this buil as soon as wedge or luke took damage they were gone a out of the fight and then back in it with full shields. i didnt focus fire properly and evalute my targets.

Match 2:
IG-88B & IG-88?, both with HLC, Autothrusters, Expert handling, Advance sensors, IG Title
I was down after the 1st loss and with alot of people so i needed to step it up. i kath straight up with his Aggressors and mine off to the side he came up fast & i went up too and both of mine boosted forward to shoot the first round. This is why i bumped my Aggressor up to a 8PS knowing there would be other aggressors there, so i would shoot first. My IG shot first, knowing this ship can evade i took the range 3 primary dealt 2 hits, which he easily evaded so now i have a target lock and shot back with HLC, target locked and dealt 4 hits, he blocked 2 and kath got one through. My ig then pulled the soft s turn and had great shots on his and he bumped kath which cause her to no clear but she had a range on on his other ig, Both his took damge this round, the next round he went straight jsut behind me and i choose to drop my Seismic right on top of him & my straight 4 got me just past his other IG with a range 1 out the rear and i put 4 hit & 1 crit thru on that aggressor, My ig finished off his ig-88b, and the next round took out the other. I took the match loosing 1 shield on my Aggressor & 2 Shields off of Kath.

Again I moved up fast the first movement but he turned hard so no shots the 1st round the next movement got up close and dropped everything into the decimator his interceptors had no shot at me, and the same went again the next round the decimator at this point had 3 hull left and my igg had the target lock but he had parked an interceptor on a rock in range 1 of my IG so i popped my ID and took the shot, figuring if i missed i could still take the shot on the decimator, but my range 1 dealt 2 hits & 1 crit and he dropped 2 blanks & focus, so 1 interceptor down, and i finished off the demimator the next round and flipped around to go for the last interceptor, Kath was out of the fight and turning around i had built up double stress from PTL and popping her ID to take a range 3 out the rear. the ig flipped & took range 3 primary it was evaded then took the target lock HLC shot and down he went. my IG lost 1 shield, and hath had lost all 4.

Dash Donut
Tycho w/ VI, Swarm, refit
Bandit Z95
Dash was the biggest and only major threat with his high damage capability. So naturally he had to go. With Tycho making him a 10 he was shooting first and he was shooting at my IG and my evade dice were going strong and autorusters serving their purpose. i took dash out after round 3. and both of My ships were fully healthy. Tycho was in a spot i figured he would try and k-turn behind kath so when she moved i dropped a seimic and he landed right on it, and bad move by me i landed my ig on a rock and took damage, and 2 range 1 shots from both his i lost shield & 1 damage card. but both of his were just hanging on with no shields. his z95 got in a bad spot and had to take a few turns to get back in rang and then tycho took a straight 5 and landed just behind Kath's rear arc and just to the side of my IG, he dealt 3 hits which would have taken him off but i managed 1 evade to stay alive, and kath drop 5 hits out the rear on Tycho and gone. the next move went up straight 1 and boosted with my IG and took range 1 on his last z95 and boom. Kath ended the match with all shields and My IG hung on with 1 hull left.
Win: 100-0
I was being hopefull that those 3 big wins just got me back up into the top 4, so when the announced places and i took 2nd i was kinda shocked, and saying i had the largest margin of victory i was pretty happy about it. The 1st match caught me off guard, but good flying and focus firing like i should got me 3 big wins.
