Gee, I'm glad we played Tsatoggua only once so far (and yet we always do random) (actually, forget the "yet") because you're right, he's pretty confusing with this ability... let us wait for the Big KW (no, not the King in White)

No Tsat with IH for me so far and with AH + DH boards, only location text I care about getting blanked is Science Building. Devil's Hopyard has occasionally seen use, particularly when you spent your last $ to get to DH and need money to get out again. No go against Tsat, but can be worked around.

I agree with that. If I remember right, back in the "Only Arkham and Dunwich"-days, there weren't any locations that had special abilitys other than "instead of having an encounter"-ones.
