who JUST realized that card symbols are listed on cards "alphabetically"?

Never really thought about it, but i just "realized" it....

any other random patterns people have seen?

I also noticed that they sometimes take the most badass character of a game and turn them into mediocre/crap for a card... such as Jedah

I still sob

And the reverse, like what happened to Ibuki.

Fun fact: In the early sets, Earth was alphabetized as "Mountain", and I know a couple cards have misplaced Water symbols.

The breakdown (all with inconsistencies from set to set). Resources are listed alpahbetically on cards. Collation number on sets is such that each character and their support are numbered in order: Character, Action, Asset, Attacks, Foundation. Characters are ordered alphabetically. Each card of the same type is also ordered alphabetically.

As I said, this WAS the set template, but one look at SCIV and you can see most of that was thrown out the window. You can mostle see where a hiccup in development occured when you see cards out of order, sometimes it's just a simple name change.

yeah I don't think their really doing that whole aplphabet order thing now anymore... though it would be cool and easy on their part.

they also had a certain rarity limit on the characters sets... like two to three uncommons and maybe two rares and one to two super/ultra rares

Before Set 12, characters places in sets were alphabetical.

I actually know this because i keep my trades organzied by character/print #

I actually kind of wished they would keep it that way but not a big deal. I definately am a fan of the print orders though.
