Any Firespray pilot + Tactician crew is a very powerful setup because Tactian can trigger with both the front and rear arc range 2 firing arc. It lets the ship out play many pilots by passing out a stress (at range 2) without sacrificing any fire power. Really makes it easy to set up in answered shots with the rear arc, and/or gives you a solid chance at beating PTL Interceptors who can arc dodge you pretty easily otherwise.

Why don't we see 3x Bounty Hunter lists in current Meta?

Do they have some real weakness? As for me they look like excellent ships.

I love the Firespray-31 - it is my favourite ship in the game. Defender is next.

Mt favourite Firespray/defender combo is this:

Bob Fett + VI + Rebel Captive + HLC

Rexler Brath + Predator + HLC + Stealth Device

Ever since I started using Stealth Device on the defender, it has been able to stay alive a lot longer.

I've been having a heckuva good time lately with Emon loaded up with Prox Mines. Makes me feel like Oprah (here's a mine for you, and a mine for you)

Firespray is pretty good. On the imperial side, the bounty hunter isn't a bad option and the 3x bounty hunters was an admittedly rare, but decent list in tournaments past. I don't feel the imperial named pilots have crushingly powerful abilities, but are a good value if you want a high PS bid.

Now that scum exists, the generic is 2 points more but gets you 2 PS, the illicit slot, and an EPT slot over the imperial version, and is a very good value if you don't care to PS bid to 7+, but want upgrades. Scum Kath Scarlet and Boba Fett are fantastically good. My experience so far has been that Boba is a very powerful vs a swarm/miniswarm, but Kath has a better edge against large ships and turrets. K4 Security Droid (crew card limited to scum) is, I feel, a better value than any of any single crew for a firespray than what imperials offer. Emon is flavorfully cool, but I am skeptical of his competitive value.

I'm looking into a fun and (semi-)competitive dual Scum Firespray build; with Kath Scarlet and Emon. But I can't quite get the build right.

I'm thinking of going with:

• Kath: PTL, Security droid, EU

• Emon: 3 x prox mine, tactician, ex-interface, title

Leaving me with 2 points left. Maybe I should change tactician with recon-spec. or rebel captive? Any other advice?

The 3 Bounty Hunter list has done quite well in the past. Time to bring it back out.

Boba or kath tricked out with 4 zs is ok for scum. But prob not as good as double ig-88.
