I've been trolling the forums here for a few weeks now and I've noticed that there isn't much chatter about the Firespray. (Probably a bad time to post because of chinese spamming action) Is the Firespray economical and awesome? Or is it more of a nostalgia piece that's played in casual/scenario only style games. Maybe i'll see if Mathwing goes over it:)
Firespray
It's actually Korean spamming action. You can tell because that's the Korean alphabet and not Chinese characters.
Every time I see another Korean thread, I start humming Firework to myself.
I do that just because it's on my iTunes playlist.
Oh, to answer the question: the Firespray always has been, and always will be, an excellent ship. Fly them in pairs, or even three at a time. You won't be disappointed.
Slap me silly and call me a racist pig lol.
Good to know about the firespray!
Another question for you guys: when you put your ships into your sig blocks, lets say you have 1 firespray, would you put that into the Imperial AND S&V lines, or just the Imperial? Maybe if you actually have 2 firesprays, put 1 in each Imperial and S&V?

Whatever your heart desires? Just don't lie about your ship totals! That would be horrific or something.

We might think less of you.
The Firespray is a solid ship and a lot of fun to fly. It's got some cool tricks thanks to the rear firing arc but it does take some getting used to. Be prepared to park on some asteroids and smack into ships if this is the first large base ship you've played with.
Just won with scum Fett and a coupla Skycs, against Oicunn, Dark Curse and Mauler Mithal. Firespray is an awesome ship, it does so much, and with two evade dice it is surprisingly tough.
On a side note, scum fett, sooo good. I had predator and it was like being target locked on everything.
I love flying the firespray. So worth every point. The rear firing arc is nice too ![]()
Emphasis mine:

I lol'd. +1

You haven't been into the Kraken again, have you?

Isn't predator on scum fett fairly redundant most of the time?
The new Firespray pilot in the Scum group is fun. Azammeen throws them bombs around.

Against a swarm, probably would be, as this game worked out there was only one round where I had more than 1 ship in range 1. It also helped all the shots at range 2 and 3.
I was very happy with the results.
FIRESPRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That is all.

(Psst, love the subtle Star Trek reference, subversive!)
here are 2 scum lists that use Bobba Fett i am tinkering with...
List 1
Bobba Fett + Engine Upgrade + Tactician + Veteran Instincts + Autoblaster
IG88-B + Autothrusters + Advanced Sensors + Veteran Instincts + HLC
List 2
Bobba Fett + Engine Upgrade + Tactician + Veteran Instincts + Autoblaster
IG88-B + Autothrusters + Advanced Sensors + Push the Limit + Mangler Cannon + Inertial Dampeners
both lists have their pros and cons. HLC or Mangler Cannon, VI or PTL
I'm hella into Expert Handling on my firesprays, as well as Rebel Captive.
Haven't flown a scum one yet, but for Imperials, it's such a solid ship. I guess only the defender or decimator comes close to filling the same role.

The Firespray is one of the most awesome ships in the game. Its rear fire arc dealing damage and punishment, the Imperial/Scum battle horse. Its e
Agility of 2 make it a very durable ship if you need to, with Recon sp. And stealth device it becomes a real monster.
Currently I am experimenting with:
Scum Boba; Vet. instincts and Engine plus 2x Syndicate Thug Y-wings with title, ion turret and unhinged astromech.
This leaves me with 8 points to spend.
The trouble (if you will) is that so many things seem viable.
Thus far I like mine(s), inertial dampeners and too many crew to choose from.
Ah well; on the bright side; I get to play and experiment more. ![]()
Love the Firespray, for Imps and Scum. For me it's there with Defenders and Interceptors in it's awesomeness.
Good offense, aux arc, surprisingly good dial and with Recon decent defense too. A hardy ship ![]()
Why don't we see 3x Bounty Hunter lists in current Meta?
Do they have some real weakness? As for me they look like excellent ships.

The main reason I don't use them is because you miss out on the fun of selecting upgrades, plus I like to mix it up and try different stuff. I like it as a squad though.
That said, as a Firespray loever I'm really not very good at flying them, so I can't really tell you how effective it is.
