for the moment, with the sage i have the best winning stats. then dwarf (easiest in the inner region) and Sorceress.

but i remember a grat victory with gladiator ^___^

I just tried the Sage, it actually surprised me, looking at adventure cards and spells, then determining where to go by choosing to re-roll movement.......how can you beat that?

i am a cranky old man. how can your favo(u)rite character be a list of 7 characters? dam. you dont have the highlands? maybe you should get a (hopefully 2nd) job and go buy them instead of tracking all of your talisman stats and posting nonsense on here. i raised this same question the other day with the "your favorite character in multiplayer 4+ games" post. my favorite is the arch-mage simply because he could not be turned into a toad. this game plays so much differently in a 1v1 setting compared to a multiplayer setting it is almost 2 different games. dwarf 1v1 wins probably 75% of the time. the dwarf in a 4 or 5 player game he has just as good of a shot as anyone else. thief or merchant in a 1v1. almost useless. 4 or 5 peeps playing, those characters powers will actually come into play and be useful if not game altering.

best character : troll. brute strength. bulldoze the dungeon or die. gain CoC. DAM do you have the dungeon?

my favo(u)rite: elf. love to teleport between the woods and evade the bad stuff i encounter or horde the good stuff i like. great character to start with simply because all of his abilities are tied with stuff that is immediately at your disposal. 3-4 with 3 fate...
