In my case the VSD's front facing cannon spire broke off the superstructure. I just glued it back into the socket.

The VSD rests inside at an angle so there's no pressure on the antenna.

Will do my best to do a new hangar where you can put in the Victory and a broken antenna, store it away over night (full moon!) and get a fixed one in the morning. Shouldn't be too difficult... ;-)

Can't the VSD shake side to side and "roll"? Or does the lid stop it from moving very far?

Nope, no rolling, the box provides a rather tight fit on all sides. A little shake won't do any harm.

And yes, my antenna is already bent, but credits for this accident go to my 2-year-old daughter...
