Hi,

if I have a stunned trooper or something else, and another figure, like an officer, uses order on that stunned figure, is that figure allowed to move or something... or must it stay in its place as the stun condition says?

Nothing is stopping you from using your Imperial Officer's Order action - but if the target is stunned, it cannot leave the space... so it's kind of a waste of an action.
