Store Tourny need advice

I have only played eight games so I'm still kinda new to the game. This is the list I made:

Dash Rendar +Mangler cannon+Outrider+Experimental Interface+Lando 51pt.

Jan Ors+Recon Specialist+Blaster Turret+Moldy Crow+Wingman 37pt.

Bandit Squadron Pilot 12pt. 100pt.

It's well thought out in terms of synergizing the pilots/upgrades however; that's a VERY expensive Hawk. As your opponent i'd be picking on Jan at the earliest opportunity. The next target would depend on opportunity/situation but once dash/bandit are outnumbered they could struggle from there on in (depending what you're facing obviously). This is of course all theory, and well piloted, any list has a more than evens chance of pulling off the win...

Have you played any games with this list?

Wingman seems like a great idea to shed some stress on Dash, but you should consider the difference of Jan Ors' ability (range 1-3) and Wingman (range 1). Dash is hypermobile...can negate obstacles in the activation phase, and Jan Ors will have a hard time keeping in range 1 of him to get wingman to trigger.

You don't have an EPT on Dash. Do you have Predator? Maybe no predator but perhaps VI? Dash could benefit from both of these powerful Elite Pilot Talents. I love lando on Dash, but I need some more action economy. Essentially you can Lando each turn but it has to be your second action, the way EI is written. This means that if lando fails you cannot then EI into your normal action. You have to choose focus, barrel roll, or target lock first, then Lando. Minor detail, but worth noting. If you could get your hands on predator I would change the following:

Drop Wingman, Moldy Crow - Gain 5 points.

Add Predator to Dash - 2 Points remaining.

Add VI to Jan Ors - 1 Point remaining.

Initiative Bid last point or upgrade bandit to Tala.

Ideally you want dash to not be stressed, but Wingman is going to be hard to pull off and you want to protect Jan by not having to stay close to Dash. I feel like Recon Specialist is more powerful than Moldy Crow, but if you feel like you will get blocked a lot, MC or even Kyle Katarn Crew might be the stronger way to go. If you choose MC you just have to charge it up at the beginning and let your opponent come to you or circle around the board, opposite of your opponent while you gain some tokens. The other alternative here is to use Ion Cannon Turret over Blaster Turret, but you lose some firepower. If you choose to do this I would downgrade my crew to maybe tactician or Nien Nunb.

You might want to consider Kyle on Jan. You'll be shedding stress anyway if you use her ability.
