By the looks of it it has rounded corners, so 3" off of each end would be better ;)

Nope the corners are sharp 90-degree angles.

I have a KS launching soon with 3x6 magnetic mats.

What are we looking at price wise?

$75-80 non-printed depending on shipping. It's made of durable rollable vinyl. If you're interested pm me and can send you demo videos or you can check it out on my YouTube channel. It's James Reed, search "magnetic mat system".

I have gone the oversized yogamats. Thicker, and tackier. Nice surface to play mini's on. and it is a perfect 3x6 for armada. all i have to do is roll it out and place the set up markers and that is the last i have to worry about the playing surface.

Forgive my tired red eyes;I stand corrected my apologies...Was surfing web too fast...

No worries, you had me do a double take just ro make sure I wasn't seeing things

Mine will run for a month but my mats are ready to ship now with the exception of custom art ones.

im working on building a business that makes custom playmats at al sizes for all games on high quality vinyl.
Im a gaming nerd who built a digital print shop with his family so this just seemed like the right thing to do.

we have been making some pretty awesome custom space art at 3x3 3x6 6x4 and pretty much any size you want between.

I have been thinking of looking into kickstarter but am not to sure.

I have also had pretty negative feedback from FFG when reaching out to them for support.

either way.. keep gaming and stay pretty!

I might be trying this:

Regular poster print, cheap, mounted on flat poster board.

Spray posterboard with Plasti-Dip Clear coat. (might require a matte spray first)

I use Plasti-dip for alot of stuff I build, just never the clear coat yet, on posterboard.

Plasti Dip Clear Multi-Purpose Rubber Coating Aerosol

Hello.

Am I understanding correctly that this is a film that can be sprayed upon PVC mats thus to increase the grip on the ever-ice-skating miniatures?

I'm running nuts with ships drifting away each time someone accidentally brushes them with the distance ruler, obviously making them be those 2mm too far to let you perform an attack. :-o

Thank you!

Deep Cut Studios released their designs as 2mm thick mouse pad mats.

The ultimate material but naturally a higher price point.
