I decloak (gain evade token )

Wait for my turn and use my action to cloak because i have no shot (gain evade token )

I now have 2 evade tokens and 4 defense dice.

Is this legal ?

ok,

it says you may perform an evade action, so only 1, ok, need to read more carefully

but in turn, if you are stressed than you cannot cloak using the advanced cloaking device as that allows the free action and you cannot perform actions while stressed, correct?
