While I understand the coolness and thus the appeal to many, these are not something I would buy. I like the realistic figures. The more detail the better. I recall a line of figures coming out years ago that made nearly every single figure a power lifter. You had muscle man Stormtroopers with bulging new armor. Darth, Han, and Chewie hit the weights too. The most comical was bulging bicep Luke. He looked more like He-Man then the kid from Tatooine.

And yet they still weren't as appealing as the original Kenner figures,which I prefered?
I still have every one of those and more. 
Purchased new. Well, except my Han Solo is one of the ugly "big head" ones.

As do I, and I had multiple Hans, some with the ugly head some with the more normal looking one. You think Kenner made his head big in the beginning due to his ego?
I also had the 12" Fett and Storm Trooper From the 80s, my mom had them in the garage in south Texas and poor Fett's wrists melted and are now limp, but the Stormy survived to fight another day LOL, held back a few choice words for my mom to.
As far as the Enix2 action figures, I think they are pretty cool and updated (same as cars now a days, I'd rather have a classic Camero over the new ones though), I don't think they are even close to what will be in the new movies, and at $135 for Boba alone is a little steep. And I would keep them in the box this time LOL.
I always love to see figures like this.
Taking into consideration the armor, the people inside would have to be stick figures.
I think if the PCs in my group saw that Darth Vader walking towards them, they'd spend every Destiny Point they had and make a collective Athletics check to the nearest spaceship.
