Would these two combine? Would this attack have the extra Yellow die?

As Army of Death is clearly an attack action and the familiar a legitimate target for divine fury it is possible to buff Army of Death the way you proposed.

Because in Army of Death, is the Necromancer who "commands" the reanimate to attack, and is not the familiar who "decides by itself" the action, I just wanted a second thought.

It doesn't work if the "hero" you do prayer of healing on is the necromamcer- you have to target the reanimate with prayer of healing. Since he is a familiar treated as a figure, you can consider him a hero for the purpose of skills, so this is allowed. By the text of Divine Fury, he adds 1 more yellow to the pool of his next attack, whatever that may be.

Note that the reanimate cannot be healed.
