For those of you who want a copy of the Midnight expansion I found a few sites that sell it. The down side is that they are all outside the US so you'll have to pay quite a bit to have it shipped.

This first site is in England, which is where I ordered my copy from. The guy you deal with is real helpful and definitely goes out of his way to make sure you wish to pay the shipping costs. This last one is in Germany. Unfortunately, the site's all in German but the copy they're selling is an English-language one (I was able to decipher that much, at least). Didn't contact them, however, so I've no idea if anyone speaks English.
