Can monkeys perform feats, possibly granting them Ghost , Fly , or Aura 4 for example? What about non-hero specific feats like "We Are Not Afraid"?

Flying monkeys... only in Oz, eh? Pity.

I mean a monkey can still use Telekinesis, they would still give a Command bonus. Being a monkey doesn't block their access to skills, it just limits the ones they can use. My guess would be its the same for Feats.
