There is a group at flatlands that shows up quite regularly for x-wing on fridays, and they are also running the x-wing spring kit tonight as well.

I have armada as well, but won't be able to make it there tonight.

Have 2 other players who play armada with me at peoples houses, and another who is interested.

I will try to get out to game stores more often, and bring my friends along to meet new people in the hobby.

I've been going down to Guild of Blades for X-Wing and they've recently started a mini-tournament every Thursday for X-Wing. Most of the people I've spoken to have expressed interest or commitment to getting Armada as well.

I'm about 30m from Guild of Blades or Flatland Games (haven't been there yet). Tuesdays and Fridays are doable for me, some Saturdays too.

Oh, and I'm (at least for now) an Imperial player.

I have Friday May 29th free and would love to get in a game at Flatlands. From the posts above it sounds like several of you have been playing their Friday nights? I'm hesitant to just show up, because their website calendar calls it a M:tG night.

Usually there is quite a few magic players there fridays. But a few of us Armada guys are there consistently on fridays as well. I know ill be there this friday. If your interested just PM me friday to make sure you dont drive out for nothing but im fairly certain ill be there.

It was posted on their bulletin board by the door. There's also an Imperial Assault tournament the same day. The guy behind the counter said it would probably be at noon but the poster just had a date.

Tentatively have Fun 4 All to run their spring kit next weekend, June 20th around noon.

Scratch that. Fun 4 All has informed me they thought they had ordered a spring kit, but upon further investigation, they did not. Sorry for getting anyone's hopes up, including my own.

The Flatlands page obviously doesn't get much discussion on it. The Star Wars Armada Michigan group presumably does but is a closed group, invite only.

Alright, now that Gencon is over with, does anyone have info on any upcoming tournaments? I'm talking to Fun 4 All about them running their summer kit sometime in the next few weeks.

Let's get the hype train back on track! Please post all known events, Massing at Sullust and any left over spring and summer kit events in the area! I've heard reports there is a spring and summer kit at AFK in Holt, a summer kit at RIW in livionia, and possibly more. If we want to play we have to show these FLGS that we want to by asking when they will set up and run these events!

I also know that Warriors 3 in Wayne will be running the Massing at Sullust, and that Flat Lands has also inquired about getting that kit as well. Help me Michigan, we are our only hope, to play this game that is.

I'm from Clawson, just north of Royal Oak. As far as I know, there's at least 3 guys that play Ramada at guild of Blades, but I'm never have my stuff with me when they're around lol.

Hey sorry I saw your post so late. We have a small group in Toledo that plays on Wednesday nights at the Game Room. No tournaments this week but if you want to play a game or two let me know.

Does anyone know of stores that got the winter kits as well as ones that got the store championship kits? Please post info if you have it! Thanks!

There's currently four of us that meet at Pandemonium around 6PM on most Mondays. Lately we've been doing narrative missions and working on a campaign system, there's a lot of cool stuff happening for anyone interested.
