How would it work if I played Neo Deadly Rave (SNK03-105) as my first form and used ::Terry::'s (SNK05-91) First E? Would the attack be unblockable or would Terry's E cancel the unblockable?

nope because it was already unblockable by it's own text, if Terry said "only playable if your attack has not been made unblockable" then Terry would not be able to be used in Conjunction with NDR I'm pretty sure there's a stamped ruling on this one, i may have to dig for it.
