This is where some sort of offical clarrification would be nice from the powers that be. You know the game best as you created it.

It's already in the rules that you can't dodge them since the dodge actions specifically lists what you can dodge and anything not on that list can't be dodged by use of hte skill unless the thing in question specifically says it can be.
